- has hands-on experience in software development and implementation using technologies like Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS
- can collaborate with team members in all aspects of software development, build and deployment processes
- is passionate about maintaining and improving quality of deliverables by following best practices and guidelines
- this is a Tech Engineer - Authorized Officer (AO) role in the area of WMPC IT, the role will be based out of Doha, Qatar.

**Your team**
- You'll be part of the global WMPC Technology IT team that is responsible for,- providing the systems needed by Wealth Management Client Advisors (CA's) and Credit Officers (CO’s) to provide their decisions related to client credit requests
- contributing in programs focusing on digitalization of front and back-office processes giving our clients a seamless digital experience
- providing the systems that ensure Bank's compliance to various regulatory requirements.

**Your expertise**
- at a minimum, have a Degree level qualification
- have between 5-9 years of hands-on development experience using core Java, leading web and cloud technologies and Oracle PL/SQL
- have excellent understanding of Core Java and database concepts
- hands-on experience in Webservices, Microservices, Spring Frameworks (MVC, AOP) & Hibernate is a must
- working knowledge of Cloud (Cloud native, CloudFoundry)
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work as part of a global team
- good to have knowledge of credit risk & recovery (limits, exposures, collaterals) or finance (provisions & write-off’s)
