As a filmmaker, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing various aspects of film production. Your role will involve collaborating with a team of creative professionals to bring stories to life through visual storytelling.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop creative ideas and concepts for films, including scripts, storyboards, and visual treatments.
- Plan and organize all aspects of production, including casting, location scouting, set design, and scheduling.
- Lead the cast and crew during filming, ensuring that the vision for the project is realized on screen.
- Capture quality photo & video on client podcast production days (creating reels, BTS content and portrait photography)
- Assisting the marketing team in developing a variety of content.
- Oversee the camera and lighting departments to achieve the desired look and feel for each scene.
- Aligning content production within The Peers Project brand guidelines and client brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the post-production team to edit footage, add visual effects, and finalize the film for distribution.
- Deliver all assigned deliverables with efficiency and by the allocated due date.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules.
- Knowledge of photography techniques and Editing skills.
- Manage resources effectively to stay within budget and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency with photo editing software and camera equipment.
- Address any challenges that arise during production and find creative solutions to ensure the project's success.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 4-6 years of videography, photography and post production experience
- Previous experience in filmmaking, including a portfolio of completed projects.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
- Experience in using digital cameras and making various setups for shooting videos
- A passion for film and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances on set.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Film or related field
