Property Supervisor

Urgently hiring for Property Supervisor (Arabic Nationality) with Real Estate and Facility Management experience available locally in Qatar. Locally available in Qatar with transferable **QID and NOC**.
- **To assist the Manager and other personnel in the managing of residential properties and communal areas for clients.**:

- To Coordinate with the property departments and the FM to assist in the preparation of apartments and the handover process.
- **To Provide high quality customer service to all AKG Residents.**:

- **To Assist all tenant complaints on a daily basis and coordinate with different departments to resolve issues.**:

- To Maintain verbal and written communications with clients, tenants and service providers on issues related to managed properties.
- **To Process maintenance requests and ensure maintenance work is completed accurately and as per time schedule.**:

- Routinely visit all areas to ensure units and common areas are maintained to the highest standard to protect property values.
- **Direct performance of in house work force and monitor all works executed by contractors to ensure compliance with government regulations and residential property management standards.**:

- To prepare all related reporting and documents as instructed by property staff including weekly reporting, meeting agendas and meeting notes.
- **Works well independently as well as in group situations ensuring effective problem resolution.**:

- Identifies areas where improvement in process/ procedure is required and recommends effective solutions.
- **Report any emergency on spot to the general manager.**:

- Work under pressure.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Facility Management: 2 years (required)
