**Position**: Laundry Cashier
**Location**: Platinum Laundry, Doha, Qatar

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry service needs.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
- Answer customer inquiries about services, prices, and policies.
- Track and report any discrepancies in cash or card transactions.
- Assist with folding, tagging, and sorting laundry during peak times or as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or in a customer service role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with electronic payment systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
