**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development of Electrical Systems**:

- Lead the design, analysis, and development of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
- Ensure the electrical designs meet industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory codes.
- Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout plans for complex electrical systems.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, from concept through to final implementation.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring all milestones are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure system integration.
- Identify and manage risks associated with project deadlines and technical challenges.
- **Team Leadership and Mentorship**:

- Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and support on electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development of engineering team members.
- **Testing, Evaluation, and Troubleshooting**:

- Develop testing procedures and perform evaluations to validate electrical systems and components against performance specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, using simulation tools, testing equipment, and analytical techniques to identify root causes.
- Perform rigorous testing to ensure the safety, reliability, and functionality of electrical systems before release.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, project reports, and safety assessments.
- Ensure all electrical design and development work is well-documented for future reference and compliance purposes.
- Review and approve technical drawings, reports, and other documentation produced by team members.
- **Continuous Improvement and Innovation**:

- Research and stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in electrical engineering, identifying opportunities for technology improvements.
- Recommend new approaches, tools, or technologies to improve the efficiency, performance, or cost-effectiveness of electrical systems.
- Lead initiatives to improve product designs, processes, and systems for increased reliability and sustainability.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all electrical systems are designed and implemented in accordance with local, national, and international safety standards and regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to company safety guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and lead safety audits of electrical systems and installations.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- Communicate directly with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are aligned.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations during project planning and execution phases.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure all required certifications and approvals are obtained.
- **Cost Management**:

- Review and manage project costs, ensuring projects stay within budget while maintaining high quality and performance standards.
- Identify cost-effective solutions in design, materials, and processes without compromising on quality or safety.
- **Troubleshooting and Post-Implementation Support**:

- Offer ongoing support after project completion, addressing any technical issues or concerns that arise.
- Provide technical guidance and training for operational staff or customers if needed.
- Support the continuous monitoring and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure long-term functionality and efficiency.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
