**Job Title**: Senior Engineer - HVAC Maintenance Project

**Location**: Doha

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for HVAC systems, including chillers, freezers, CRAC units, VRF systems, PAC units, cold storage, cold rooms, ETS, heat exchangers, and cooling towers.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project flow.
- Prepare project documentation, including work plans, progress reports, and final reports.
- **Troubleshooting and Repair**:

- Diagnose complex HVAC system issues and develop effective repair strategies.
- Supervise and support maintenance teams in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment.
- **System Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for improving system performance and energy efficiency.
- Implement upgrades and modifications to enhance the reliability and efficiency of HVAC systems.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols to protect team members and equipment.
- **Training and Development**:

- Mentor and train junior engineers and maintenance personnel.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in HVAC technology and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HVAC maintenance engineering, particularly with chillers, freezers, CRAC units, VRF systems, PAC units, cold storage, cold rooms, ETS, heat exchangers, and cooling towers.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading maintenance projects and managing maintenance teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools and maintenance management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR8,000.00 per month
