- Build upon the Automation strategy which includes Automated Deployments, Test Automation etc.
- Own the communication and documentation of the strategy, syndicating with CTO, business, and the development teams
- Focus on building platform which is Cloud Ready and is in line with firms Cloud Strategy

**Your skills and experience**

**Your skills and experience**

You are expected to possess the below must have skills:

- Overall 5+ years of relevant IT experience
- Strong coding skills in.NET, Java, Python, Scala, Shell or equivalent enterprise language
- Knowledge of and experience with DevOps concepts, tools, and architectures in building a Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD) Pipeline (preferably Jenkins, Git)
- Exposure and some experience on working with CI / CD tools like GitLab, GitHub, TeamCity, Jenkins, Maven / Gradle (or related build agents), Nexus etc.
- Handson experience with Kafka & Containerization(Openshift, Docker etc)
- Strong UI skills with experience on Angular or Reactjs
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both to senior management and teams

**Good to have**:

- Good understanding experience in Private Equity Domain
- Hand-on experience with MS Dynamics & Investran
