**Department**
INDUSTRIAL CITY OPERATIONS (DCA)

**Primary purpose of job**
Supervise, monitor and control Roads, Civil Maintenance within the Directorate’s demarcation within all areas of Dukhan
Concession Area. Prepare tender documents for maintenance contract and service order, remedial and minor modification

works.

Maintain and update information on implementation of road maintenance repairing, codes, procedures and specifications

for routine and non-routine maintenance.

Analyse and control inspection findings and to assist preparation of budgetary estimates.

**Experience & Skills**
- Good knowledge of written and oral English language.
- 12 years experienced in Roads & Civil Construction.
- Proven knowledge of contractor supervision and contract administration.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of international civil engineering and safety standards.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Quality Management principles and practices.
- Good knowledge in planning maintenance activities.
- Computer literate in mainstream office products and should have had exposure to online management, document and

maintenance systems including SAP.
** Education**:

- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
