**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop **conceptual designs**, **architectural plans**, and **detailed drawing**s for **residential** and **commercial projects**.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and design teams to deliver tailored design solutions.
- Ensure designs align with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare 3D models and renderings to visualize concepts effectively.
- Research and integrate sustainable design practices where applicable.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure design execution meets quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
