**Job Description1**:

- Preferably have Experience in Pre-planning & Planning for SABIC / Saudi Aramco Shutdowns or else in related same kind of Industrial fields.
- Excellent in communication and strong command in English language."

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Should have hands on experience in Scrutiny of tender documents.
- Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.
- Liaise with Purchase department to get the quotes from different vendors.
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
- Maintaining data bank for ISO documentation/Record Keeping.
- Pricing for various process lines.
- Commercial co-ordination and correspondence with the Client for commercial and Technical Proposal.
- Preparation of TechnoCommercial proposal's for on time submissions.
- Assisting in compiling of tenders.
- Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific Questionnaires.
- Required to design and implement various summary forms required to correlate the daily data received.
- To collect & analyze the data which will include manpower movements, equipment movements, project progress, expenditure on each project, monthly revenue predictions and any other statistical information.
- A thorough knowledge & understanding of the engineering processes used by product lines.
- Be able to communicate with staff and the customer in a professional manner.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Able to read P&ID & Isometric drawings.
- Should have good Knowledge in MS Project, MS Primavera & Microsoft Excel etc.
- Able to Conduct Site visit in order to make BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for preparation of Estimation."
