We are looking for an **HSE Auditor** with the following details:
**Location : Doha, Qatar - ONSHORE**

**Duration : January 2023 - December 2023**

**Work Status : Resident**

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Bachelors or MSc Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
- At least 15 years of HSE Drilling experience within Oil & Gas Industry with minimum of 5 years of experience in Leadership & Management Roles ( both Operator & Service Provider )
- Minimum of 5 years experience conducting Rig ( Offshore ) QHSE Audits
- Good understanding of Drilling operations, drilling engineering, oilfield environment.
- Good communication skills
- Professional Expertise in Soft Skills - MS VISIO, MS OFFICE ( Word, Powerpoint, Excel )
- Fluent English (written & verbal).
- HSE Certifications BOSIET / CTA / HAZID / HAZOP /SIL / LOPA / Bow-Tie / Oil Spill
- Certified Lead Auditor by IRCA ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- IWCF Level 2 (minimum)

**ACTIVITIES**

QHSE
- Lead and support the QHSE Audits Programs at contractors & suppliers facilities and provide an evaluation of D&W efforts to comply with Company policies, standards, and procedures
- Assist the D&W department in process design reviews and identification of issues - Risk Assessment at the conceptual stage and serve as the HSE Risk contact point for D&W entity
- Support the development and implementation of optimal HSE risk mitigation strategies and methodologies.
- Review and validation of hazard identification studies and HSE risk assessment for D&W.
- Support activities for emergency management requirements to meet Company and industry standards for all rigs.
- Lead and Define QHSE requirements for pre-qualification, tenders and contracts.
- Assist D&W and C&P in Preparation and Evaluation of HSE requirements during tenders
- Recommend, Review and Approve Contractor HSE Risk Matrix, HSE performance profiles ( analysis & reporting criteria )
- Ensure Incident and Accident Reports are properly Investigated and correctly closed out
- Lead and implement recommendations on HSE Contractor management in line with latest IOGP report and COMPANY requirements
- Ensure that Contractor HSE manuals and plans are in accordance with contractual requirements; to prepare and implement bridging documents as needed
- Assist C&P teams in ensuring the constant improvement of contractors' QHSE performance.
- Lead HSE Improvement Programs within Service Provider Facilities and conduct
- Support D&W Team on Safety Concept, Dropped object study, Gas cloud dispersion, F&G detection, EERA, FERA, PFP, HAZID, HAZOP, Hazardous Area Classification, Oil Spill, Personal Safety and review safety design packages.
- Support in identifying HSE Performance Objectives and KPIs on continual improvement basis for both D&W and External Service Providers and develop innovative performance targets and metrics
- Identify, Evaluate and Analyze External Service Provider HSE Performance results and Develop to implement improvement recommendations
- Assist Information Technology ( IT ) team in building, maintaining and managing Audit Management System Module embedded with Statistical Analysis
- Create Professional Presentations, Flow charts and other related Visual Representations for Management Communication on continual basis and as required
- Conduct QHSE Presentations and other Engagement activities with applicable stakeholders to promote awareness and relative culture growth.

Knowledge & Capability Building
- Lead the D&W Training and Development strategy (HSE and technical) and reflect it on a dedicated D&W CMS document.
- Identify and assess future, current training and technological needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consulting with line managers within D&W entity.
- Responsible for maintaining Training Matrix and ensuring tracking on iExcel in liaison with COMPANY training department.

Other duties
- Participate actively in the achievement of the D&W Method department objectives with the intend to improve HSE Engineering, Performance, Knowledge Sharing, Compliance - internally and externally
- Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
