**Role Overview**:
As a Product Consultant, you will work closely with potential and existing customers, providing expert guidance on how our products/services can meet their needs, solve challenges, and drive business outcomes. You will be instrumental in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting product adoption.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Expertise & Consultation**:

- Understand and analyze customer requirements by engaging with them through calls, meetings, or surveys.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, product consulting, or a customer-facing role.
- Experience in F&B industry is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of product offerings, with the ability to quickly learn new features and functionalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English language.
- Proven sales track record, with a focus on consultative sales and solution selling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
