EMFI Qatar Group is looking for AVL ADMINISTRATOR (KM) with the following qualifications:
Qualification:

- Degree
- Secretarial Diploma
- Experience in vehicle tracking and Fleet management activities
- Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred

**Experience**:

- More than 2 years of experience in a similar role

This role requires:

- Regular Offsite Work (office): 100%

Role/Duties:

- Records all incoming & outgoing correspondence, photocopies documents and files records
- Assists KM AVL Administrators for their daily activities.
- Data entry in AVL module for various transport activities like fuel, maintenance and history etc. and generating report for Management as and when needed
- Maintains electronic files as per directory for various correspondence and reports of the Department
- Provides administrative assistance for department meetings i.e. prepare and distribute agenda, confirm attendees, compile documentation, take minutes of meeting, etc
- Drafts simple letters, memos etc. at supervisor’s request and types and presents for signature
- Performs any other administrative and technical duties pertaining to clerical issues as requested by KM Supervisors
- Submit management reports, liaise with Department Focal point regarding new appointments, terminations, extension and other relevant matters

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
