DECO Group seeks to hire a CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (E&I) with the below criteria:
**Job Related Expectations**:
Construction Manager (E&I) is required to play a crucial role in the successful execution of Electrical and Instrumentation projects, from initial planning through to completion, while ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client requirements.

**Resource Allocation**: Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of E&I construction projects, including manpower, equipment, and materials.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.

**Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure that E&I installations meet project specifications.

**Budget Management**: Monitor project expenditures and manage budgets to ensure that projects are completed within financial constraints.

**Schedule Management**: Monitor project schedules and take proactive measures to address delays or issues that may arise during construction.

**Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects are completed safely and within the allotted timeframe.

**Problem Solving**: Address technical challenges and resolve issues that arise during construction, working closely with the project team to find solutions.

**Client Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the completed project.

**Team Leadership**: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including E&I technicians, foremen, and subcontractors, to ensure that project objectives are met.

**Safety Management**: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the construction project.

**Post-Construction Activities**: Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover of E&I systems to the client, ensuring smooth transition to operations.

**Personal Data**

1. Degree in Engineering from Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics discipline (ONLY)

2. Overall Experience of 10 Years in GCC within Energy Projects, Oil&Gas or Industrial Power Projects (Essential). **Out of the 10 Years - minimum experience of 5 to 7Years in Qatar within Energy/Oil&Gas/Industrial Power Projects (MUST)**

3. Age - Below 40 Years of age

4. Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred)

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- GCC: 3 years (preferred)
- Qatar: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- PMP Certification (preferred)

**Location**:

- Doha (preferred)
