**Descripción del Trabajo**

Realizar mantenimiento preventivo planificado en las habitaciones de los huéspedes, salas de juntas y/o espacios públicos, cuando sea necesario, lo que incluye dar vuelta los colchones, aspirar detrás y debajo de los muebles, realizar una limpieza profunda de la alfombra, retocar la pintura, quitar el polvo, limpiar los baños asegurándose de que todos los electrodomésticos estén presentes en la habitación y en perfecto funcionamiento, limpiando, sustituyendo los accesorios de iluminación e inspeccionando las lechadas de cemento y los calafateos. Mantener, reparar y limpiar todas las habitaciones de los huéspedes, salas de juntas y espacios públicos de acuerdo con los procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo y las normas estándares para las habitaciones del hotel (p. ej., el "Modelo general de adquisición para contratistas" [General Contractors Purchasing Model, GCPM], el "Esfuerzo de recuperación de alfombras" [Carpet Recovery Effort, CARE], Equipo de preparación, Equipo para habitaciones perfectas). Realizar mantenimiento preventivo en el equipo del hotel, cuando sea necesario, y reparaciones variadas de menor importancia tales como ajustar asientos de inodoros, cambiar focos de luz y reparar orificios en las paredes. Informar de inmediato al gerente o supervisor cualquier problema de mantenimiento, hallazgo inusual o riesgo para la seguridad.

Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía; informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras; y realizar capacitaciones y obtener certificaciones de seguridad. Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía, asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcras y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada y proteger los bienes de la compañía. Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía y anticiparse a sus necesidades de servicio y atenderlas. Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás y apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y los estándares de calidad. Estirarse por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso agacharse, retorcerse, halar y encorvarse. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 10 libras o menos.Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors.
