Our Roads & Bridges team in Qatar is experiencing exciting growth, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Road Asset Engineer to support one of our major clients in Qatar.

As the Senior Road Asset Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal management and maintenance of Qatar's vital road infrastructure. In this influential position, you will work closely with our esteemed client, taking on diverse responsibilities that will challenge and empower you to excel.

You will oversee the entire lifecycle of road projects, closely monitoring and coordinating with relevant authorities to align with established programs and priorities. Your expertise will be crucial in developing comprehensive road asset maintenance programs, collaborating with the Ministry and submitting proposals to the Public Works Authority.

Leveraging your analytical prowess, you will delve into intricate data and utilize value engineering principles to allocate budgets efficiently and establish priorities for road network maintenance and improvements. Your assessments will identify critical areas requiring attention, enabling you to prioritize interventions and implement periodic inspection and maintenance programs across all road classifications.

Moreover, you will take the lead in establishing comprehensive engineering and technical standards for road maintenance and operations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the implementation of best practices and guidelines that maintain optimal road network performance.

With your keen eye for risk management, you will conduct thorough analyses to identify potential risks to infrastructure integrity and user safety. Your innovative solutions will mitigate these risks, minimizing disruptions and ensuring the longevity of road assets.

Throughout this dynamic role, you will develop strong relationships with the client, government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective coordination and knowledge sharing. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be invaluable in driving continuous improvement and promoting open dialogue.
