**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintained detailed documentation and training materials for end-users on Excel and Google Sheets best practices.
- Provide technical support for 3CX phone systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability.
- Support data migration and integration projects using Power BI and Excel, facilitating smooth transitions and data accuracy.
