PROJECT SERVICES

**Primary purpose of job**
Perform Cost Engineering, Budgeting and Invoicing activities necessary to support the successful execution and timely

delivery of all projects executed by Projects Engineering & Procurements Services (PEPS) Directorate.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Cost Estimation with a minimum of 5 years hands on experience in Cost
Estimation of Civil and Infrastructures projects
- Proficient in developing cost estimates for tenders such as Studies, FEED, EPIC, and cost estimates for Stage Gate

approvals including cost assurance and cost variance analysis.
- Proficient in assessment of claim and negotiations including settlement of disputes.
- Knowledge of contracting strategies and experience in tendering process including technical and commercial bid

evaluation.
- High level of computer literacy with relevant MS Office/Cost Estimation Software.

**Education**:

- B.Sc. or equivalent in an Engineering Discipline preferably Civil Engineering
- Preferably Certified Estimating Professional from AACE or equivalent relevant Certifications/Memberships and/or Certified

Cost Engineer.
