**Position Summary**:
The main responsibilities of position are handling and monitoring Procurement activities from A-Z starting from internal coordination product research supplier management and negotiation quality control procuring correct and exact items as per given specifications and maintain accurate dates specifications on all job orders and other procurement-related forms.

**Qualification Required**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 10-12 Years of Experience in Procurement and 5 Years of experience in Managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of local and international procurement and maritime laws and procedures
- Strong knowledge of procurement and Maritime procurement techniques, procedures, and policies
- Strong knowledge of analyzing and planning optimal sourcing and procurement strategies

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage complex and highly diverse supply chain information by means of control of purchasing budgets, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring delivery schedules are met.
- Develop a contract management plan to establish a system of contract review and coordinate responsibilities of the parties involved
- Conduct supplier monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and risk to facilitate a method where the performance of both parties can be monitored, and problems can be identified.
- Review Procurement related processes, such as Purchase-to-Pay on an ongoing basis and ensure high degree of efficiency and transparency from an End-to-End perspective in close alignment with accounting.
- Prepare and interpret tender documents and contracts to review and ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
- Benchmark the cost and quality, in relation to industry trends, with current suppliers to negotiate better pricing, terms and condition of sale and warranties of goods and products
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers of materials, equipment or supplies to secure a more cost-effective source of products and services.
- Supervise the procurement staff, assign work activities, monitor performance, and review results
- Ensure operations/work processes occur in accordance with all relevant legal, regulatory and any other standards and requirements to which compliance is required.
