**Key responsibilities**

1. Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers, collect payments.

2. Scan food items and check quality

3. Ensure pricing is correct

4. Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets

5. Redeem stamps and coupons

6. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change

7. Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones

8. Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

9. Bag items carefully

10. Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment

11. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

12. Keep reports of transactions, fill the necessary ISO22000 documentation with precise details and information. E.g. Dispatch sheet.

13. Process returns and check to see if items are damaged

14. Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue

15. Bag, box or wrap packages

16. Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

17. Work on Point-of-Sale system and software, accept orders and manage them in cooperation with the kitchen crew.

18. Adhere to personal hygiene and food safety practices at all times.

**Key skills**

1. Work experience as a retail cashier, operator or in a similar role in sales, preferably in F&B

2. Basic PC knowledge, POS systems knowledge, Knowledge of POSist is a plus

3. Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS

4. Good math skills

5. Strong communication and time management skills

6. Customer satisfaction-oriented

7. Energetic, dynamic, enjoys working with people and self-driven

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,750.00 per month
