Le VIE sera intégré à l’équipe HSE du projet NFE (Projet mené par Technip Energies et notre partenaire Chiyoda formant un partenariat qui s’appelle CTJV).

**Concrètement vous serez amené(e) à**:

- To support the Site SHES Manager in ensuring Project requirements for Equipment are communicated, implemented and varied in the field.
- Take Safety as a first priority and follow COMPANY Life Saving Rules.
- Attend required SHES / QA Trainings.
- Familiar with COMPANY and RLIC SHES Requirements as defined within the contract.
- Thorough understanding of Qatar legislative requirements pertaining to SHES matters.
- Deep knowledge with regards to International Standards and treaties the Project have to adhere to with regards to SHES.
- Knowledgeable pertaining to the content of CTJV SHES Management System, Plans, Procedures and Programs.
- Key focal point to deliver, update and maintain:

- PLANT AND EQUIPMENT INSPECTION PROGRAM [NFE1-CTJV-SH-PRC-00012]
- VEHICLE & EQUIPMENT RODEO PROGRAM [NFE1-CTJV-SH-PRC-00015]
- DATABASE FOR TRACKING PLANT & EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS [NFE1-CTJV-SH-MSC-00010]
- Update and maintain Equipment register.
- Provides support and information to CTJV Equipment Coordinator.
- Supervise and provides support or information to CTJV Subcontractors.
- Participates in SHES Weekly Management walkthrough.
- Promotes as well as ensures implementation of SHES standards.
- Ensures the effective implementation of the CTJV Life Saving Rules.
- Conducts SHES audits.
- Keeps Site SHES Manager & SHES Technical Manager informed of Audit results.
- Carry out additional duties set out by SHES Technical Manager.
- Evaluation of the performance shall be done every 6 months.
- You are requested to participate Weekly Mass TBT.
- You are requested to participate Daily Task Instruction everyday.
- You are requested to submit 1 Safety Observation Card (SOC) per day.

**Présentation du service de rattachement**:
Le VIE sera rattaché au département SHES du projet sur site, qui comprend environ 290 professionnels en Santé, Sécurité, Environnement, Sureté et gestion des situations d’urgence et qui est structuré en pôles:

- L’équipe technique, sous le SHES Technical manager : Gestion des permis de travail, des formations, des inspections, des audits, du pilotage du système de management HSE du projet, de la performance et de l’amélioration continue.
- L’équipe sureté et gestion des urgences sous le security and ERT manager.
- Les équipes de terrain (Superintendent, superviseurs et officers) sous les Field HSE managers.
- L’équipe gestion des risques et des enquêtes accidents / incidents.
- L’équipe médicale sous le Site doctor.
- L’équipe environnement sous le site environmental coordinator.

C’est une équipe/ un projet totalement international. Chaque membre ayant une forte expérience de travail sur les projets d’envergures et au Qatar / Moyen Orient.

**Et si c’était vous ?**
- Vous avez effectué un Master HSE ou une école d’ingénieur généraliste / procédé / construction.
- Vous avec un baguage technique solide et vous avez « appris à apprendre ».
- Vous avez un intérêt personnel dans les domaines HSE, mais aussi des compétences relationnelles, car en HSE, il est primordial de savoir comment amener les choses pour progresser ensemble.
- Une première expérience en HSE (lors d’un apprentissage ou un stage de 6 mois) est fortement recommandée.
- Afin de pouvoir communiquer facilement, un niveau d’anglais courant est obligatoire.
