DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for **Inside Sales Executive** in **Qatar**. In this role, as the Inside Sales executive you will have to win, retain, and develop new Business for overall sales development. You will have to target existing customers and generates additional revenue by increasing share of wallet and by selling value added services. You will also help to gather customer and market information to build a customer prospect database.

**In this Inside Sales Executive position**:

- As a Sales Executive you will have successfully deliver on both target and high customer satisfaction measures
- You will develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You will have to respond to customer enquiries/complaints.
- You will manage a defined portfolio of potential customers and wins them for a lasting business relationship with DGF.
- Responsible for establishing customer profiles and customer needs.
- You will also have to highlights to Sales Manager on observations of market dynamics for example competitors’ behavioral patterns.
- You will have to maintain and support interdepartmental relationships.
- You will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to achieve shared goals.
- You will develop sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets.
- In terms of process, you will be responsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers.
- You will develop target lists of new business and continuously review and update.
- You will have to establish and present customized offers to customers.
- You will use good negotiation skills with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures.
- You will have to adhere to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms.
- You will prepare and realize planned sales calls.
- You will be responsible for product targets, for budgeted growth in new and additional business.
- You will secure/collect all necessary information to assess credit worthiness of potential customers, support receivables functions.
- You also will have to ensure that the customer commitments are clearly communicated to respective operations - clear business set up process.
- You will report activities, quotes, sales calls and other information through customer database system i.e. Danzsale.
- You will perform roles and responsibilities in compliance with company policies, procedures and instructions.

**Now, here’s what we need from you.**
- Less than 1-3 years of experience within the logistics and/or freight forwarding industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Industry Experience.
- Experience in sales environment with proven record advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills and the ability to focus on outcomes.
