**About the role**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Adventure Coordinator to join our team. The Adventure Coordinator will play a vital role in organizing and executing outdoor and adventure-based activities for our clients. This role requires a passion for adventure, excellent planning and organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring unforgettable experiences for our participants.

**Compensation**

577 USD monthly
Double Room in Staff Accommodation Building (sharing with 1 other person)
Duty meals
Transport to & from property
Full relocation support to Qatar & visa sponsorship for yourself provided
Economy class return ticket to passport country every 2 years

**What you'll be doing**

**Adventure Planning**:
Collaborate with the Adventure Director to develop exciting and safe adventure programs.
Research and identify suitable adventure locations, equipment, and vendors.
Create detailed itineraries and activity plans for each adventure trip.
**Participant Engagement**:
Communicate with clients to understand their adventure preferences and expectations.
Provide guidance and recommendations to clients, helping them choose the most suitable adventure experiences.
**Logistics and Equipment**:
Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and inventory management of adventure equipment and gear.
Ensure that all equipment is in excellent condition and complies with safety standards.
**Safety and Risk Management**:
Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans for adventure activities.
Conduct risk assessments and monitor environmental and weather conditions to ensure participant safety.
**Team Coordination**:
Recruit, train, and supervise adventure guides and support staff.
Ensure the team is adequately prepared and briefed on each adventure trip.
**Adventure Execution**:
Lead and coordinate adventure trips, ensuring all activities run smoothly and safely.
Provide guidance and support to participants during adventures.
**Customer Service**:
Address participant questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Strive to exceed participant expectations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of adventure programs, including participant information, expenses, and incident reports.
Prepare post-trip reports and evaluations to assess program effectiveness.

**What you'll need**

Bachelor's degree in Outdoor Recreation, Adventure Tourism, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in adventure planning and execution.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Salary**: QAR1,784.70 - QAR2,100.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
