**About the role**

You will be responsible for managing business requirements and ensuring that the IT solutions meet the stated business objectives. Activities may involve requirements gathering, analysis, documenting functional and interfaces specifications, non-functional requirements, support business user acceptance tests, support business roll-out and provide post go-live 2nd level system support. You will be also responsible for analyzing and documenting business cases, business processes and new system requirements for assigned business areas. You will be working with the with the business to define requirements and develop business cases for divisional projects.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct business requirement analysis for assigned projects
- Prepare, assist in preparing wire-frames, mock ups and User Interface (UI)
- Work along with Delivery Lead and Solution architect to deliver IT solutions that meet business requirements
- Analyze and document the business requirements, system interface specifications, non-functional requirements strictly following QRIT guidelines and templates.
- Conduct and assist in both functional and non-functional testing (manual or automation using testing tools).
- Ensure timely reviews and sign off the documentation by stake holders and keep track of the same in project folders.
- Prepare change requests (user stories), conduct regression tests to ensure that fixes do not break existing functionality.

**Skillsets**
- Good understanding of software development life cycle and software quality assurance processes
- Must have hands-on experience in requirements analysis and documentation
- Must have hands-on experience on scrum/agile framework and must have worked in agile product framework for a minimum of 1 or 2 years
- Knowledge on Airline Domain especially in CRM / Marketing area will be an added advantage

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- You must have 5 years of experience with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on business requirements gathering.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communications skills, especially related to articulating functional & nonfunctional specifications.
- Also possess good analytical, interpersonal skills and a proven team player.
