Procurement Officer

**Mission/ Core Purpose of the Job**:
Managing Procurement Department for all the branches located in Qatar, Jordan, and Portugal.
**Key Tasks**:
1. Preparation of Material Requisitions
2. Requesting Quotations and Preparations of Comparison Sheet
3. Negotiation with Suppliers
4. Preparation and Submission of Purchase Order locally and International
5. Monitoring of procured materials/software’s till received
6. Coordination with Finance for the Invoices and payments
7. Representing Procurement Department for ISO 9001-2015
Providing full administrative support to the Managing Partner such as:
1. Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
2. Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
3. Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
4. Helping prepare for meetings.
5. Reading and analyzing incoming memos, and submissions, and distributing them as needed.
6. Making travel arrangements, if needed.
Keeping Service Agreements and Variation Orders by means of the following:
1. Basic reviewing of Contracts/ Variation Orders upon receiving from the client or comparison upon request.
2. Signature arrangement and submission to the client.
3. Recording/Updating of Service agreement matrix
**Education**:
Mandatory: at least BSC degree in business administration or any related field
**Experience**:
at least 5 years of expereince.
**Knowledge**:
Procurement, Marketing, Business, Development, Client Management, Commerce, Digital Marketing,
**Skills**:
ability to use all MS-office professionally, Analytical and logical thinking, Problem solving skills, effective communication skills
