**Primary purpose of job**
Maintain, install, monitor and carry out troubleshooting on all assigned electrical equipment and ascertain availability and

sufficiency of all equipment including tools and spare parts to guarantee reliability, operability and equipment functioning

within safety and maintenance standards.

Execute electrical switching upto and including 415V, 33KV AC following a successful completion of electrical authorization

assessment.

Perform and oversee modification to improve performance or operating efficiency of electrical equipment

**Experience & Skills**
Minimum of 10years relevant experience in oil/gas petrochemical industry.

Proficient in testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, using testing

devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters and oscilloscopes, primary and secondary injection to ensure compatibility and

safety of system.

Good knowledge in power electronics and PLS especialy that are related to variable speed drives, un-interrupted power

supply units, chargers and thyristor controlled electrical heaters.

Skill in report preparation.

Knowledge of SAP is preferable.

Good knowledge of English in both written and spoken.

Completion of Secondary school education or equivalent followed by relevant trade certifications / diploma.
