**Sherborne Qatar Preparatory School & Junior Schools are looking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic and talented Head of Music & Performing Arts who has the necessary skills to engage our young learners.**

**THE ROLE**

The Head of Music & Performing Arts is accountable for the music and performing arts programme throughout the school, ensuring our children experience a high-quality music and performing arts education that encompasses our values and learning dispositions.

Working closely and collaboratively with other schools across the Sherborne Qatar family of schools, the Head of Music & Performing Arts provides professional leadership and guidance for the department, driving forward the Mission of the School. As a middle leader they will be part of the wider school aims, working in conjunction with other Heads of Department and the School's senior leadership team, to further develop and deliver an inspiring and innovative curriculum.
