FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

**Primary purpose of job**
Ensures and supervises the efficient delivery of office services requirements to all QATARENERGY offices / facilities in

Dukhan which include the allocation of offices to all level of Corporation employees, administer and control of all offices in

Dukhan, initiates maintenance and liaises with the division on all maintenance matters. Ensures that all the office

equipment's are in order and accounted for. Supervises Contractors to ensure contract compliance and coordinates with

leased office complex landlord's representatives to ensure delivery of all agreed services. Controls call-off contracts,

inventory and reordering of pantry utensils and consumables. Coordinates, Supervises and ensures the adherence of all

the work that is carried out as per QATARENERGY policy and procedures and in-line with IMS & HSE standards

requirements. On standby call for issues related to the Facilities Management, Dukhan.

**Experience & Skills**:

- 5 years experience in a similar position, has adequate exposure to Corporation's Policy and Procedures related to

Services and Contracts.
- Has thorough knowledge of Corporation's operational work sites and premises in Dukhan.

**Education**:

- University Degree with good communication and computer skills.
