Associate Cost Controls Specialist

**Job Overview**:
Associate Project controls specialist involved in cost analysis, estimate at completion forecasting, preparation of invoices etc. Under close supervision perform routine aspects of cost control. Applies a basic knowledge of Project Controls principles. Performs specific portions of cost control assignments.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Is responsible for setting up and maintaining communication with the disciplines in the Project team with the purpose of collecting as well as supplying information about the duties assigned to them.
- Assists the cost team in setting up internal and external cost reporting, forecasting and change management systems.
- The goal is to provide the best information to project management for timely decision-making and corrective action.
- Under supervision be able to prepare preliminary cost / quantity analysis, assist in setting-up and maintaining a change management system.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate with necessary experience.
- Be able to work on multiple projects as required.
