- Competitive- Qatar Doha- Contract- Oil & Gas- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent Minimum of 10 years’ experience as SIMOPS/PTW Coordinator, Commissioning or Operations Lead with a broad knowledge of planning and Pre-commissioning/Commissioning execution experience. Expertise in SHES Hazard identification/Risk Assessment and SIMOPS/PTW management. Strong leadership skills, experience leading multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams in commissioning field execution Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Startup of Brown-field onshore projects is desirable. Responsible to oversee and coordinate Precommissioning and Commissioning Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) and Permit to Work (PTW) activities fpr all Disciplines to ensure EPC Contractor delivery of all aspects of planning and execution of systems completions, including pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, is in full compliance with company SHES requirements. PMT focal point for SIMOPS/PTW plan development and implementation during PCC stages. Provides clear guidance to the EPC contractor and facilitates resolution of SIMOPS/PTW issues to meet project objectives and milestones.
- Provides SIMOPS/PTW expertise, for planning and execution of activities with regard to Permits and leadership driving EPC contractor to deliver in accordance with project deliverables and execution schedule. Directs the preparation and stewardship of SIMOPS/PTW scope of work in EPC contract, supports contractor by helping address gaps, coordinate with operations and other disciplines within the team
