**Job Overview**:
The Car Insulation / Tinting Technician is responsible for installing window tints and insulation materials on vehicles. This role involves precision, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of materials and tools used in the process. The technician ensures customer satisfaction through quality service and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Installation of Window Tints**:

- Measure and cut window tinting film to the appropriate size.
- Ensure tint adherence and trim excess film for a neat finish.

**Installation of Car Insulation**:

- Assess the areas requiring insulation within the vehicle.
- Cut and fit insulation materials to specified dimensions.
- Install insulation materials in doors, roofs, floors, and other parts of the vehicle.
- Ensure a seamless fit and finish of insulation materials.

**Customer Service**:

- Discuss options and recommendations with customers regarding tint shades and insulation types.
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for installations.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Make adjustments as necessary to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintenance of Tools and Materials:

- Maintain and organize tools and materials.
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working order.
- Order supplies as needed to ensure availability for jobs.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Keep the work area clean and hazard-free.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to tinting and insulation installation.
- Strong understanding of different types of tinting films and insulation materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in car tinting and/or insulation is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and structures is an advantage.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work in various positions, including standing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools efficiently.
