**GENERAL PURPOSE**

The Human Resources Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Human Resources Department and to provide service to all team members in order to achieve and maintain ultimate satisfaction and motivation of all team members.

**Specific Job Responsibilities**
- Handle all correspondence addressed to the Human Resources Manager and the HR Department.
- Prepare and type reports, statistics, memorandums and any other routine correspondence.
- Establish, maintain and update files, databases, records, and/or other documents; responsible for accurate filing and archiving (both in a hard and computerized format) of departmental documentation containing all employees’ records and necessary documents.
- Handle the day to day physical operations which include: liaising and coordinating the office supplies and IT consumables; inventory control of office supplies ensuring availability of items at all times.
- Assist in coordinating special functions for employees (training events, employees’
- celebrations, etc.)
- Ensure that team member’s communication board is kept up to date with the relevant information, memos and other notices.
- Update transportation schedule regularly.
- Coordinates with Housing Supervisor and Immigration Officer on Housing issues.
- Maintains good relationships with colleagues within the department and with other departments and contributes to team spirit.
- Comply with hotel standards in relation to hygiene, health, and safety policy.
- Adheres to set procedures for attendance and timekeeping.
- To carry out other tasks as maybe required from time to time by the Human Resources Manager.
- Manage the Welfare Program, including, but not limited, birthdays, national days, important days, team gatherings, team tours, etc
- Manage the orientation program, for new joiners, ensure all employees are well introduced to a company profile, standards, policy & procedures

**DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS**:
Diploma/degree in Human Resources or other related courses.
- Two-years’ experience preferred in Hotel, within GCC.
- Positive attitude, able to motivate and maintain good spirit within HR and Hotel
- Understand, speak and write in English
- Communicates well with surrounding people.
- Proficient in admin work, excellent with MS office and Oasys payroll
- Well organized and able to prioritize work in busy operations.
- Understands and respect local culture, able to adapt to changes and isolated environment.

**Salary**: QAR1,519.07 - QAR7,317.95 per month
