**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design and content.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Conducting branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Keeping informed of marketing and social media strategies and trends.
- Develop a comprehensive TikTok/Reels strategy to bolster brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
- Demonstrate self-sufficiency in storyboard creation, shooting, editing, and content production.
- Stay aware of the latest TikTok/Reels trends and propose regular updates and ideas for platform optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize posts for maximum impact.
- Engage with our social media followers, representing the brand's voice and monitoring conversations.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and publishing across all platforms.
- Create and manage social media ads, from creative development to performance measurement and reporting.
- Utilize social media listening tools to identify trends, engage with guests, and perform service recovery.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing/Social Media Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and various video editing apps.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Exceptional Analytical and Organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
