**Role Description**

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Technical sales admin.
- Provide administrative support to the technical sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance when required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and invoices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as processing orders, managing inventory, and generating sales reports.
- Continuously strive to improve sales processes and efficiency within the organization.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or IT-related industry.
- Proven experience in administrative processes and clerical skills
- Ability to provide administrative assistance and customer service
- Familiarity with technology-related administrative tasks and processes
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or a related field
- Experience working in IT or technology-related industries is a must
- A strong technical Background is a must.
- A strong knowledge of IT companies in Qatar.
- A strong knowledge of Oracle Technologies and Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with tenders.
- Experience with RFP process.
- strong project management skills.
