**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and communicate a compelling vision for the company's future, aligning with mission and values.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth and profitability.

**2. Investment Management**:

- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in early-stage companies and projects globally.
- Implement effective investment strategies, leveraging the company's skills and experience for maximum impact.

**3. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums, enhancing visibility and reputation.

**4. Team Leadership**:

- Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent to strengthen the organization's capabilities.

**5. Financial Oversight**:

- Work closely with the financial team to ensure sound financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Make strategic financial decisions that align with the company's objectives.

**6. Risk Management**:

- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with investments and business operations.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard the company's interests.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of proven track record of success in a leadership role within the investment sector, preferably in early-stage investments.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful investment strategies.
- Strong understanding of global markets, emerging trends, and opportunities in early-stage projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- CPA is preferred.
