- _Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices._
- _Prior to start of the operations, checks on guest amenities and supplies in the area, to ensure that these are sufficient for the day’s operation._
- _Prepare massage room for the guest, ensuring cleanliness and safety._
- _Co-ordinate with reception regarding bookings and availability._
- _Massage body, using techniques such as kneading, rubbing and stroking to stimulate blood circulation, relax contracted muscles or to relieve other conditions_
- _To replace all towels after each guest and ensure there is adequate stock at all times._
- _To ensure bathrobes and slippers are available for guests' use._
- _Ensures that all changing areas and shower facilities within the Spa are kept clean and tidy at all times._
- _To regularly check on the cleanliness and order of the locker facilities._
- _Promote enthusiastically all classes, activities, treatments & services that are offered in the Recreation department._
- _Effectively inform and educate the guests about specific wellness concerns._
- _To establish good relationship and rapport with the guests and colleagues_
- _Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests._
- _To be honest with the customer giving them an honest opinion on whether you think alternative therapy can be beneficial to them._
- _Keep up to date with current promotions and pricing for Recreation & other Club facilities, to provide information to guests upon request, while maximizing every sales opportunities_
- _Immediately reports and turn over lost and found item to lost & found office, following required procedures at all times._
- _Exhibit personal grooming, appearance and attitude in a manner, which will enhance the guests experience and satisfaction_
- _To be aware of environment hygiene standards as well as maintain the highest standard in personal hygiene._
- _To be aware of all safety and fire drill procedures and attend training conducted by the Training and the Engineering Departments._
- _Perform all work related requests made by the Director of Recreation, which may or might not be directly in the scope of work._
