**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential merchants, specifically targeting SMEs and small offices, for ecommerce and POS services within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and small office owners to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Present and promote bank's ecommerce and POS solutions to SMEs and small office owners, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with merchants, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms that cater to the needs of SMEs and small offices.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product teams and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of merchant accounts for SMEs and small offices.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to SMEs and small office owners, addressing any inquiries, issues, or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the ecommerce and POS space, particularly for SMEs and small offices.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management, consistently striving to exceed expectations while focusing on the SME and small office market segments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Experience in merchant acquiring, ecommerce, or POS sales is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, and POS systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for outdoor sales activities.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for client meetings or events.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 per month
