- **Key responsibilities**:_
- Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
- Your goal is to project a positive image of the establishment and build customer loyalty.
- To help ensure that people don't wait in line only to be denied admission
- Assist management or other security staff with crowd control
- Inspecting clients' identification to discern their legal capacity.
- Furnishing clients with wrist stamps, bands, or ticket stubs to denote their rightful admission.
- Poses unrivaled observational and conflict management skills.
- Maintain efficient communication with Outlet Managers, F&B management and other departments in order to facilitate operation
- Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and tasks assigned by department head or management
- Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
