**Responsibilities**:
All the responsibilities stated in the Junior Position plus the following additional responsibilities:

- Reporting
- Trend analysis to identify risks and/ or opportunities of the business
- Formulating strategical initiatives to handle change to budget
- Prepare key forecasting reports and perform necessary actions to rectify issues identified by the Head of Budgeting and Reporting, if any.
- General
- Aid the Head of Cash Management Section related matters
- Implement accounting system, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure that all payments are recorded in compliance with QMA’s accounting procedures and IFRS.
- Analyze transactions, determine accuracy, and ensure completeness and compliance to established

policies and procedures
- Financial Control
- Recommend to the Head of Budgeting and Reporting, new forecast process, tools and models that will

enhance performance, where needed.
- Provide financial guidance and strategic input to the assigned Department / Business Area Heads

(Museums, Enterprise, Capital Projects, and Programs) in the delivery of their respective business

objectives through a deep understanding of their business models.
- Ad‐hoc Aid on any requested matter to the line Manager/ Head as and when required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Budget: 6 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English - Proficiency in Arabic / Bilingual is a plus (preferred)
