**Position: Phlebotomy Nurse**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform accurate and safe blood sample collection, including venipuncture and other phlebotomy techniques.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and documentation of blood specimens.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the medical team to support comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Educate patients about the procedures and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and MOPH guidelines.
- Manage and maintain the functionality of phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
- Assist with other nursing duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.

**Licensure**:

- Valid Registered Nurse license from the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) in Qatar is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of phlebotomy and nursing experience, preferably in Qatar.
- Experience in functional medicine or holistic care is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in phlebotomy techniques and procedures.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure patient comfort and understanding.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using Odoo or other EMR systems is a plus.

**Certifications**:

- Certifications in phlebotomy or related fields are highly advantageous.
