**Your role**

Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? Do you have strong analytical skills? We’re looking for someone like that who support the head of ‘Business Management’ of the Business Solution Hub (BSH) Qatar and help implementing the ‘Business Management’ function in the location.
- Maintain financial reports with regards to BSH employees
- Assure alignment with finance stakeholders across different levels and units
- Support the organization, preparation and documentation of regular meetings (BSH MC, input to other meetings such as local MC or the BoD)
- Prepare management reporting for the BSH Management Team and communication incl. presentation for the stakeholders and employees of the BSH
- Assure all relevant stakeholders locally and centrally are updated with all relevant information
- Support the local management in their day-to-day activities
- Collect of project costs evidence/invoices

**Your team**

You’ll be working in the BSH management team in Qatar. In your role you will work with the local management team and local Finance to support the build-up of UBS in Qatar. You'll be based in in the newly established Doha office. You will report primarily into the head of ‘Business Management’ within BSH.

**Your expertise**

You have:

- a university degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
- several years of work experience in the financial industry, within business or IT management or other relevant functions
- the ability to execute controls and prepare management reports
- experience and confidence in communicating and presenting to various stakeholders and different management-level
- strong problem-solving and reporting skills
- client
- and solution-oriented mind-set (entrepreneurial mind-set and can-do attitude)
- solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Positive attitude

You are:

- willing to relocate to Doha
- prepared to operation in an international environment
- self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and people
- comfortable with data sourcing and management of multiple data sources for reporting
- a great communicator, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels in multiple locations
- capable of working independently
- well-structured and organized, concise and accurate
- able to surface and address issues
- able to work with tight deadlines
- fluent in English and Arabic is an asset
