Receptionist - Male & Female - 6 Months Project

**Receptionist : (Male & Female)**
Project Duration: 6 Months extendable
Project Location: West Bay, Corniche
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Preparation, drafting, and distribution of correspondence.
- Greeting clients and visitors.
- Assist for tenants enquiries and requests.
- Assist for the site viewing of the vacant apartments for potential clients.
- Maintains and tracks leases, lease schedules, vendor and property files, including leases, property surveys, in accordance with prescribed standards.
- Works with property staff and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items.
- May implement and coordinate work orders for a range of products.
- Coordinates and monitors status of work assigned to vendors and contractors.
- Comply with bid and expense process guidelines.
- Assists preparations of monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Assists with preparation of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) dues, invoices and related correspondence and scheduling necessary maintenance procedures.
- Works with accounts payable and accounts receivable for property lease obligations. Accounting tasks: Processing tenants payments, Compiling financial reports (if required), Creating invoices and billing tenants.
- Maintains a neat and fully supplied cleaning trolley of relevant stock (linen, guest supplies, and cleaning equipment) at all times (if required).
- Cleans guest rooms daily according to operational policies and standards (if required).
- Replaces used bed and bath linen daily (if required).
- Replenishes room amenities, promotional materials, literature and stationary as required.
- Reports any defective equipment to the Housekeeping in charge, completing maintenance requests as required.
- Cleans public areas daily according to operational policies and standards (if required).
- Attends to tenant needs and requests courteously and efficiently.
- Comply with grooming and hygiene standards and Follows other departmental policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed (if required).
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day operation, according to operational policies and standards.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Administrative tasks: Creating and maintaining office documentation, filling, keeping the archive updated,
- Assist the tenants with any request / enquiry (as per the internal policy and procedure).
- Be aware about the Emergency Response Plan.
- Act in line to the internal policy and procedure.
- Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager.
**Job Requirements**:
Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is essential.
**Experience**:
- With minimum of One to Three (1-3) years of relevant experience in the same role preferably within a comparable or higher product establishment.
**Skills**:
- Customer focused / Team Spirited.
- Good working knowledge of English (Arabic Speaking preferred).
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with tenants /customers and other team members.
- Enthusiastic and pleasant personality.
- Common Computer skills are required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
