As an **Arabic Social Media Graphic Designer**, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for our social media platforms, while ensuring alignment with the company’s branding guidelines. You will work closely with our marketing team to craft content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence across various social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design eye-catching graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) in Arabic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with overall brand strategy and messaging.
- Develop creative assets for digital campaigns, including banners, posts, infographics, and ads.
- Ensure consistency in design and branding across all visual content.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Create engaging and innovative visuals that resonate with our Arabic-speaking audience.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for social media platforms in terms of size, resolution, and functionality.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Social Media Graphic Designer**, **Branding Designer**, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills, with a focus on **Arabic content**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
- Experience with branding and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Fluent in **Arabic** (written and spoken) with a strong understanding of cultural nuances in design.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with digital marketing teams and understanding of marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with the **Qatari market** and local design trends.
