**Job Title**: Digital Media Specialist
**Location**: Aspire Zone, Doha, Qatar
**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation & Management**:Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality digital content (text, images, video) across multiple platforms (website, social media, newsletters). Collaborate with academic departments and administrative units to gather relevant information and ensure brand consistency in all digital media.
- **Social Media Strategy**:Plan and execute social media campaigns that engage target audiences, drive traffic, and elevate the university’s reputation. Monitor social media trends, respond to inquiries, and track performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.
- **Website & Multimedia Projects**:Work with the web development team to keep the university website updated, user-friendly, and visually appealing. Produce or coordinate video productions, podcasts, and photography for marketing and promotional purposes.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Use digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure engagement, track ROI, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Present regular reports on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, identifying areas of success and improvement.
- **Brand Advocacy**:Ensure that all digital content complies with brand guidelines and upholds the university’s mission, vision, and values. Conduct training sessions or workshops on digital media best practices for staff and faculty as needed.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications in digital marketing/media is a plus).
- **Experience**:Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media, social media management, or related roles, ideally in higher education or a similarly complex environment.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Experience with design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.).
- **Soft Skills**:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset with a passion for storytelling and creativity.
