**VMware EUC & MDM ADMINISTRATOR**

We are looking for a **VMware Systems Administrator** to support the development of entire systems from the identification of requirements to the deployment of capabilities for VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch) and Horizon infrastructure. This position will design and develop system-oriented products and prepare the related installation, testing, operation, and maintenance specifications and instructions.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Understanding the integration between all the VMware Workspace ONE components.
- Perform console configuration, policy definition, and package creation for the enrollment and management of iOS, Android, and Windows devices using VMWare Workspace One.
- Perform all the configurations for Apple APNs, Google Enterprise Mobile services.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and management of the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) tool VMWare Workspace One.
- Configure and assign VMware Tunnel, VMware Boxer, VMware Content, and Web profiles for iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining technical documentation of the design, deployment, policies, and operational procedures to support the UEM environment.
- Should manage all SW issues related to the VDI such as Hypervisor, Windows server, all VDI components.
- The engineer should be able to meet all the security requirements through hardening, proper configuration, and operational practices.
- Support and manage VMware Horizon (VDI) infrastructure.
- Responsible for analysis, administration, and support of VMWare Horizon.
- VMware AppVolumes Administration support
- AppStack build, Packages Installation and maintenance
- Develop scripts to automate the monitoring of the VDI environment
- Responds to End User requests for technical support and assistance within established procedures.
- Desktop Pool build and maintenance.
- Configure and integrate the VDI infrastructure with Unified Access Gateway (UAG), and Workspace ONE Access (VIDM).
- Well understanding and configuring UEM, DEM, and FsLogix user profile technologies.
- This individual must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**SKILLS**:
**-**Strong knowledge of VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch) solution.
- Experience with different types of enrollments for iOS/ Android / Windows devices.
- Deep understanding of AirWatch MDM data flow, and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of MDM integration with other systems such as (Workspace ONE access, MFA and IDP providers (RSA, Azure MFA, SAML AUTH, SSO)
- Strong experience with virtual desktop infrastructure (Horizon, AppVolume, DEM, etc..)

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**- 5+ years hands on experience in VMware Workspace ONE**
- **5+ years’ experience in business mobility, MDM e.g., AirWatch, Intune etc.**

**- 5+ years’ experience with Identity and Access Management, including experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and industry-common SSO standards (e.g., SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, WS, or similar**)

**- 10+ years’ experience in deploying, configuring, maintenance of End User Computing products, and solutions (Horizon, DEM, UEM, FsLogix, AppVolume, etc.)**

**CERTIFICATIONS**:

- VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DC)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCAP-DC) preferred.
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DTM)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCAP-DTM) preferred.
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DW)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCAP-DW)
- MCSA2016
- CCNA or CCNP
- ITIL
