Lading multi brands ladies fashion boutique urgently looking for a full time **Female Seamstress/ Tailor **shall perform alteration of garments.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Read and accurately identify customer needs per Work Instruction Document
- Take necessary measurements and mark garments for alterations with ability to problem solve individual sizing issues
- Intervenes on the product in order to guarantee the respect of the original Style.
- Ensures the selection of the relevant method for the specific problem/issue.
- Ensure the work flow and the timing of the repairs.
- Ensures correct cloth repairs
- Supervises the fitting of the clothes by customers together with the Sales Assistant.
- Ensures the procurement of all the material necessary for the tailoring and the maintenance of all tailoring tools.
- Manages product handling between the Store and all the external service providers (laundry, furrier’s, knitwear factories, external tailor’s labs, etc.)
- Operate industrial sewing machinery & meet production deadlines

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Previous experience in multi brands Experience in Alterations
- Experience on sewing machine
- Ability to effectively read/receive work instructions in English
- Detail oriented
- Quality focused
- Good hand and eye coordination
