**Résumé des fonctions**

Répondre et être à l'écoute des demandes de réparation des clients. Communiquer avec les clients pour résoudre leurs problèmes de maintenance. Assurer l'entretien préventif des outils et de l'équipement, notamment le nettoyage et la lubrification. Contrôler visuellement les outils, les équipements ou les machines. Transporter des équipements (par ex. outils, radio). Identifier, localiser et faire fonctionner toutes les vannes de coupure des équipements. Tenir à jour l'inventaire d'entretien et demander des pièces et fournitures selon les besoins. Enregistrer des informations sur les interventions non terminées avant les changements de quart.

Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de sûreté et de sécurité de la chaîne ; signaler tout problème d'entretien, risque en matière de sécurité, accident ou blessure ; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises sur la sécurité ; stocker correctement les matériaux inflammables. S’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et recevoir les clients selon les standards de la chaîne, anticiper leurs besoins et y répondre, aider les personnes handicapées et remercier chaleureusement les clients. Assurer le respect des exigences et des standards de qualité. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et poser des charges pesant 23 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Monter et descendre des escaliers, des accès de service et/ou des échelles. Pouvoir faire des mouvements d’extension et de flexion sur les genoux, notamment se pencher, se tourner, tirer, se baisser. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
