We are looking System Administrator for Qatar location

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing physical and virtual server environments, including compute nodes, storage arrays, and SAN/NAS solutions.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issue.
- Managing backup solutions for server and storage infrastructure, ensuring data protection and business continuity.
- Configure and maintain backup software and appliances, performing regular backups and verifying data integrity.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Office 365 environment.
- Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and other Office 365 services.
- Implement and maintain security measures, including data loss prevention (DLP) policies and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Monitor Office 365 performance and implement optimizations for efficiency and reliability.
- Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure components, including VMs, storage, networking, and identity management.
- Deploy and manage virtual machines, storage accounts, and Azure Active Directory services.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in Azure environments.
- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity across On-Prem, Office 365 and Azure environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, including incident management, change management, and configuration management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA: Office 365, Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus

Pay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- managing compute, storage: 2 years (preferred)
- VMware environments Office 365 and Azure platforms: 2 years (preferred)
- On-Prem & cloud-based infrastructure: 3 years (preferred)
- SAN/NAS solutions: 3 years (preferred)
- Office 365: 2 years (preferred)
- Exchange Online: 2 years (preferred)
- Azure Active Directory: 2 years (preferred)
