Fitout Foreman

**Job Brief**:
The Fitout Foreman will oversee and manage fit-out project sites, ensuring all work is executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The role requires hands-on supervision, coordination of site activities, and communication with teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead on-site construction and fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely progress and resource availability.
- Monitor project schedules and provide regular updates to the Fitout Engineer and Project Manager.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and rectify any deficiencies on-site.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Manage site logistics, including materials and equipment allocation.
- Resolve on-site challenges and escalate issues as necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out projects, preferably in commercial and residential spaces.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in reading and understanding drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of safety standards and building codes in Qatar.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Should hold a valid Qatari driving license
