**Job Brief**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Deli Clerk to join our team. This role will work closely with the Category Manager and other team members to ensure efficient and effective deli operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces, equipment, floors, removing trash, and ensuring all tools are in proper working order.
- Cut and slice cheese and cold cuts according to customer requests.
- Replenish stock and transfer goods from the warehouse to work shop.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Deli Clerk or similar role behind cheese counter.
- Knowledge of European cheeses and cold cuts.
- Proficiency in using slicing and vacuum machines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to work closely with a team to complete daily tasks and meet operational goals.
